Using Real World Mod as the only mod

Attempting to open the interface for a supermarket I get an error: Error Buttonimage::create() Image name: Floor1P3_d

I just tested the game but didn't encounter the error.

There is a possibility that the game image file Floor1P3_d.PNG is corrupted. I suggest that you try reinstalling the game. You can download the installer from: viewtopic.php?t=9716

I've been getting the same error message constantly in both versions of the game. I've uninstalled and reinstalled both versions multiple times and still have the issue. I have all mods and only use RealWorld V14.1. The below screenshot happened in 11.0.44 Beta. The same process won't always trigger it, but if I play for about 10 minutes it will almost always come up, usually when opening a window for a retail store or farm or when I'm opening the main menu and clicking around. Before happening, the game will sometimes get buggy and the backgrounds of windows will not appear or some buttons (like the retail sale floors) will not show up. Sometimes I can click okay through one or two error messages and keep playing, but eventually it will be an infinite loop and I will have to close the program. This is on a new AlienWare Windows 11 computer. I've played a lot in the past and have never had this before. IIRC, it wasn't happening when I first played the game on this computer. I think it's an issue with retrieving an image, but I can't figure it out.

The error occurred when the game cannot load the image close_win_small_d.png from <your Capitalism Lab folder>/IF folder.

Did you always get the same message with image name: close_win_small_d ?

From your description of what happened before the error, it seems that the game had problems opening multiple files.

It's almost always an Image, but it is usually different images and sometimes I will get multiple error messages at the same time for different images.

It doesn't seem to be caused by a bug. Rather it is more likely to be an issue with loading files via the Windows file system.

The dev team has added additional error tracking message into this version. When the same error of loading PNG files happens, the game will display a more detailed error message about the cause. Please capture a screenshot with such an error message and post here, so that we can understand it more.
