Setup Store button in mall has dissapeared.

I can click the button even though it's not visible. The menu comes up but the new store doesn't get added. That seems to be the only mall affected I have 14 others.

I know the DLC is beta but I was wondering if there was a known workaround.
I'm running 11.0.30 with Real world 14.

Please try the latest version v11.0.32 which will display a context-sensitive help message showing why you can't set up a store in that mall:

I sent the save file.
In the meantime, I've also figured out a work around. So the Mall belongs to my subsidiary. If I transfer the firm to my parent company the setup store button works fine. Once I transfer it back to the subsidiary it's broken again.

I loaded your save game and noticed that the mall was set to lease to stores from its own group.
You can change it to "Any Firms" and you will be able to set up stores there.
