My 1b estimate in income from comtrolling media and real estate was based off of a CPI of 1.79, so $630m makes sense.

That estimate doesn't count for economic status, I think it's only close when the economy is at expansion to booming. During recession or crisis, the result might be much lower, due to poor commercial building residency and media firm performance.
