Hard to say, but usually not for beta DLC patch.

Are there any tools i could use to just hack the save file to get the correct business assets value or a debug mode or anything like that?

Im really attached to this particular scenario and really wanted to buy out tge existing media firms (cant really do that if it messes up my balance sheets)

For beta testing stage, I suggested not to get too attached.

Ill try it.

So i broke down and decided to just kill the governmemt forms and build private ones.

Pravda now makes a small profit. Not quite the same but people are slowly tuning in and the AI seems to know how to manage media

Our programmer has been investigating this issue and will try to get it fixed in the next version.
