2) The dev team is busy working on the Digital Age DLC as well as fixing bugs and improving the CES DLC. The data export feature is perhaps something that they might consider after finishing the Digital Age DLC.

Maybe it's for squeezing out other candidates' votes Or just for showing it's still "democracy" where voters have "choices" during election
