Hi,

I am using the full launcher instead of the patch to install the game. Once installed and time to launch, the game logo pops on the screen and freezes, then after 30 seconds the freezing stops and the computer screen returns to normal, but the game does not launch. Sorry if the explanation is too generic.

EDIT: Got it to work, I had to Uninstall and Delete all Capitalism Lab folders. But it works.

Do anyone have problems starting a game? seems like i cannot connect to server so only load games are allowed. cannot start a new game and cannot detect the DLCs. same with the beta release version

Please check if you have any anti virus software running in background. If so, there is a possibility that the firewall of your anti virus software may block the game’s communication with the game server. You may check your anti virus software’s user manual about how to add Capitalism Lab to one of its approved app to prevent it from being blocked by the firewall.
