Ah right, so your issue is with the COO. Apologies, I never use that feature tbh, but it seems like your COO doesn't understand how to take market share....whether or not that's a "bug" is open to interpretation I suppose as technically he/she is doing everything by the book. The extreme difference in price apparently creates a problem in terms of demand, but I wonder whether fixing that might break a great many other things. I'd still look at where you are selling though, as even a smart COO would struggle without the correct distribution strategy.

I tried to reduce the price as low as possible, completely take over the market, let it run for 20 years, then let the COO AI take over.Then sale volume instantly drop to nothing,other company completely take over market with a negative loyalty (number inside bracket), and lower overall value .
The only way to make it somewhat work is spam build retail stores, AI companies did the same thing, they spam retail stores like crazy. The city now looks ridiculous,with retail stores cover most of the map.
