Same thing here with "Difficulty Rating" of the scenario.
Actually, I can simplify the problem by saying: I'm having difficulty with the parts where there's a random number...
I also tested with "Difficulty Rating: 100%" but it has no effect either.
Difficulty Rating: 100%
Niveau de difficulté : 100 %|

With the Insurance, I have the sentence :
From all Front Offices, including All Insurance Types|
De tous les guichets, y compris tous les types d'assurance|
No translate done.

thanks for the answer. Unfortunaly, there is no change.
I test with "Total play time:|" and "Total play time: % mins|" but there is no translate.

I tested :
Total play time
Total play time:
Total play time: %
Total play time: % %
No one work
Only the sentence
Total play time: 0 min
work very good...

That's weird, because mine works.
Have you already checked if it appears multiple times in the Translate.txt ?

Not a real problem but I have this error when I translate the trans_base.txt of the beta.
In the long term, it would be nice to have the possibility to translate this kind of error message.

The "Total play time" text, along with other text on the load/save game menu, will be added to the t_game.txt file in the next major version 6.6.00.
