It has the following improvements:

Map Scrolling Speed Setting and Improved scrolling smoothness.
Added an in-game option for changing the Map Scrolling Speed. (Press ‘O’ to open the option menu.)

Please set the zoom level to the middle level and set the scrolling speed to the fastest. If you still experience significant scrolling lag, please provide us with your save game file and we will look into it.

It will be available in the next major update of the post-release version 6.4.00.

What app are they doing to create the buildings?

I meant what app are you using to create the buildings?

I love all the new buildings. One thing that would be nice though is if the developers would release all of the pictures of the current buildings for use in the menu. This would be really helpful for mods since those who aren't as artistic reuse the core buildings in the game.

The old building images are already included in the mod kit of the recent versions.
You find the files in \MOD_kit\Images\Buildings (old)

In the new version 8.2.00, the drug store has also been completely redesigned for better visual quality.

We have made a new Electronics Store image for the latest version 8.2.12.
