So potentially one city can be totally locked out from getting new resources, if all the landplots have been sold to companies.

Will you be creating a local competitor within the game and outside of the corps that can lease, buy and sell land aswell?
Will there be the possibility of estate agents that can lease land and buy and sell land and buildings?

I should of added this to my last post sorry.
Will there be some sort of city planning that stops all land been purchased or something that can balance the issue where a corp human or computer buys all land, as then you would have no resources avaialble and that could potentially destroy the game as after all 7 citys have no land left you would have no random spawn of resources outside of the computer placing in computer controlled resedential areas.

My own thoughts are that in real life developments are allowed but are tightly controlled stopping a company from buying everything and then artificilly inflating land prices. In the UK the higher the land value the higher tax you pay on it, is this something that can be implemented?

Will the AI companies put land lots on sale, or will you only be able to buy the land lots own by a competitor if he has a firm for sale on it?

Good question bigs, there should be the option that if an AI company has a firm for sale on land it also owns that you can buy only the firm (after you have to pay rent for using that land) or to buy the firm, combined with the land.

...of if the plot of land isn't developed, will the AI company ever put it out for sale?
