The new version 11.0.25 added a Very Low option for Seaport Import Quality.

It also increased the prices of seaport imports for better gameplay balance.

Please test it and check if gameplay balance with seaports is now good.

Can verify the Very Low seaport quality - I think this is good as it is usually lower than what even local production at a low tech level is. I think this should also be extended to the Import Company as well.
