There is two bugs I found in the version 6.00.
Firstly, If I buy the bonds, it seems that I cannot reieve dividends, and after several minites, i will be forced to quit the game.
Secondly, If I issue bonds, that bonds will be my debt on the balance sheet even though I buyback all the bonds.

I had same issue, i was also able to buy more than availible bonds with my person
I alsoam having trouble locate where you start a bank or are we testing bonds only right now?
However if you would still consider me I'd be grateful.
I've regularly checked and kept updated with the events of this DLC and have sunk an quantifiable amount of hours into Cap Lab.

As mentioned in the announcement post:
We are going to make the beta versions of the Banking and Finance DLC available to beta-testers in multiple phases.
In each phase, we will introduce a major new feature.
Once the bond system has been sufficiently tested and proved stable. We will proceed to the next phase and roll out a new version that allows the player to build a bank.
