To avoid this from happening, the latest installer version 11.0.14 no longer includes the MOD.SYS file.

Users who want to access the modding tools can place the MOD.SYS in the game folder by following the instructions at viewtopic.php?t=9966

You need to remove MOD.SYS from the capitalism lab folder for older mods to work

When loading MOD with Custom Game, Error :
