2) you can trigger the problem by simply letting the game run for some months.

2) The exact steps for triggering the bug with the save game
3) If your savegame uses a MOD, please let us know the name of the MOD and the MOD's version number.

Dear fellow players,
I am in a game in which I run around 60 pizza and coffee service firms.
I am experiencing a lot of issue with the brand rating of my pizza and coffee: despite a very high ad spending (6M/y, 100k for every firm) I am experiencing sudden drop of my brand loyalty and awareness. The quality of my products is very high (close to 100) and improving over the time (or at least not decreasing).

Any clues why is that happening?
