I have already posted about subsidiary companies, which is not fully working.
It is not clear, for me, WHAT you can exactly do and what you can't when you control between 50% and 99,9% of the stocks.

As currently, we can only get loan from Bank.. I'm think more option such as option of loan from parent company and selling company bonds..

Also option of creation company subsidary will be good..
More control on subsidary company such as deciding the company focus to avoid class with parents company..
Since AI company can issue new share whenever they need, it should be some restriction on it, for example getting approval for the shareholders..

For the price, instead of clicking plus(+) and minus(-) button, it will better if there is key-in slot or sliding option.. as the clicking button is very tiring
