Theres an issue with there not being any retail buildings for some of the extra classes like the coffee, pizza and cake. Other than that, its pretty fun but I think some of the added mines are a bit too expensive especially considering how many types there are.

Added support for modding firm images in version 10.0.35

CapLab version 10.0.35 now supports modding firm images.

To get started, please extract the attached file to your mod_kit folder.
