City Founding - Period in Office

Per my post viewtopic.php?p=40782#p40782 about periods not always matching
The fix seems to have created an unintended side effect.
Before you always got 30 years in office as mayor when you found a city, but now, whenever you found the city it shows you only get to be in office until 2030.
if you found a city in 2000, you get to be Mayor until 2030, but if you found a city in 2025 it still shows you only get to be Mayor until 2030.
