Capitalism 2 and Capitalism Lab Forum

I thought this was a bit strange. This apartment is literally the only thing on the map yet it says that it's green and sports needs are satisfied. Attached savegame:

i would have thought if there is nothing else on the map.. green which would include countryside would be very high (no idea if thats how its calculated though)
