Is it possible to modify script to a game that already started?For example I would like to add unlimited natural resources.

Please be informed that this is not supported.

Any chance this could be implemented?Cap2 games are usually very long and starting new game just because one-two parameters are wrong kills all the joy.

2 more questions regarding the unlimited resources:
If this is enabled and resource has used all reserves will it continue as level 1 mine, or as it was?
Will new mines become available with time?For example if other company buy one mine will same resource appear on the map?

I would recommend that you create a poll for your suggestion to gauge the community's interest in it. There would be a higher chance that the dev team will implement it if the interest level is high.

The mine's level will not change because the resources will not be depleted.

Will new mines become available with time?For example if other company buy one mine will same resource appear on the map?

Since old mines do not get depleted, new mines will not emerge.

A new mine will emerge when a company buys an existing mine, on the other hand.
