银行bug

中文社群的玩家在经营银行的过程中遇到了bug。
具体情况是：当玩家从自己子公司控制的银行取出存款，且这笔存款的数额大于银行内现金总额时。银行的资产负债表中现金数据会变成负数。游戏运行一天，银行资产负债表中现金数据会立刻转正，但客户贷款数据不变，总资产凭空增多。
希望制作组能尽快查找原因并修复，谢谢。

I loaded the save game you provided but the player does not have any bank savings - please see the attached screenshot. Thus I am not able to withdraw money from the bank to trigger the bug.

We have released the new patch v8.1.18 with the following change:

When the player wants to withdraw money from a bank and the bank does not have enough cash to honor the withdrawal, the game will display the following message:
"Sorry that the bank currently does not have enough cash for the withdrawal. The amount withdrawn is limited to cash available at the bank."

For the loans that have already been issued to borrowers, unfortunately the bank cannot recall them instantly as the borrowers are only obliged to repay them at the loans' maturity dates. Therefore, the only thing that the bank can do in this situation is to let the player withdraw all the cash it currently has. As the bank's cash returns to a higher level later as borrowers repay their loans over time, the player will be able to withdraw more money from the bank.

Since this change affects the withdrawal action, but in the save game the player has already withdrawn the money. To see the effect of the change, the player can load an earlier save game before the withdrawal, and withdraw money from the bank anew.
