I think there's a bug in the game. The computer factory produces engines for cars instead of computers

Maybe it's one of the DLC's, I bought Capitalism Lab recently with 3 DLCs

Please check if the inputs to the manufacturing unit are all in good conditions. Sometimes when one of the purchasing units is unable to supply raw materials to the manufacturing unit, it will end up making a different product.
