Insurance company An, plc has bought 98.04% (Goldman) and has enough money but can not buy more shares of Goldman, because buttons "Buy" and quantity of stocks are frozen. See attachment.

We will investigate the problem.

Could you please provide us with your save game file and let us know the following?
1) The exact steps for triggering the bug with the save game
2) If your savegame uses a MOD, please let us know the name of the MOD and the MOD's version number.

I did not use any MOD.

Please be informed that you cannot offer to purchase stocks from AI shareholders for stocks in the global stock market. You can only buy from public shareholders. Since the number of shares held by public shareholders is zero in your case, therefore the Buy button is disabled.

FYI, the player is given the option to buy shares from AI shareholders in the local market so that the player can acquire a company. Since it is not possible to acquire a global company, thus this option is not enabled in the global stock market.

I think it could be better if player who has 50% + 1 share can vote in Global company (for example, changes dividend policy, issues new shares, etc).
it could be the new feature , why not?

2. And what about charity in the game? It could be cool.

not sure the point of being able to issue more shares, as far as i can see they are only really there to simulate investment funds, if the game had to track all that stuff for all those companies, it would probably cause a fair bit of slowdown
