Currently it seems I have to construct a software company before I can determine if the labor market has the candidate I need to develop the software I'm looking to develop.
I created a new software firm to create Office Software but there are no Office Features experts in my city. I don't see anyway to check for this before constructing the firm, which means I lost thousands of dollars just to find out I need to move to another city.
It's not the end of the world since I can always develop other software, but it does seem like an oversight.
How to find out if there are candidates for software dev

Nevermind, I found my answer, please add this to the docs once 6.5.0.0 releases, thank you!
