[bug] 1.965 Manager guide button off in factory

Hello,
When in a factory view and you go to click on the "Manager Guide" button, if you click the top half of the button nothing happens except that you see the button is depressed and you hear the click noise from pressing the button.
If you click the lower half of the manager guild button then it works as intended.
