[Mod] Capitalism 3

I present to you a mod I've been working on using the StarCraft 2 engine.

I'm coming here to ask permission to develop this mod before going further.

I'd like to know what I can and cannot use from the base game.

Mods are mods, and so not strictly forbidden. (Because capitalism already have a modding community)
There are always a few rules where you need to be aware of.

Because this mod, isn't really a mod, but a stand-alone game.
it is something differed. I will say, just give it a try.

In the base, you can always use resources from another game.
As long if you
-make a reference to the original developers
-not gain any profit of it
-Do not create a financial disadvantage for the original developer.
-Do not use the name "Capitalism" for your mod. the name "capitalism" have a copyright/trademark

so if you creete a game, and it will become something "real and big", you need to make some agreements with "Enlight Software"
