Hello,
When I want to IPO with a subsidiary at 40%, I just get the message with the sum that I should receive in the parent company but no cash is getting in. This works fine with 20% but doesn't work with 40%.
Moreover, I see the company listed and I have -40% of it if I'm looking at the shares.

Re: Subsidiary IPO Bug
I did a test and the figures are all normal when my subsidiary went IPO by issuing 40% of new issues.
Please see the attached screenshots.
You may post your screenshots before and after the IPO like the screenshots that I have posted here and I will look at them.

Re: Subsidiary IPO Bug
Maybe I don't get this right, but shouldn't you have 144 million after doing it so in cash in your "mother" company?
