The new version will be 4.5.00 and we hope to release it in a week or two.
The dev team has started working on the improvement already and it will include the function for entering search text in a text box.

Update: This has been implemented in the latest post-release version 4.5.00.
You may download it from

I've tested it and it is really a lot more convenient to locate a product.
