What is more important expertise or personality traits when hiring someone? And how much impact do each have on the person when they have been hired, say a CTO in a rating in personality of 72 "investing in research" for personality ........and R and D a rating of 60 in expertise.
What is the difference and how do each the personality and the expertise each effect a person to do their hired job, COO,CTO,CMO ... please help. I have been playing for a while and never got an answer, if there is another posting that answers that that would be very helpful. Please someone help with this.
