When I de-check R and D and have everything else checked the CEO will start an R and D center.

When I have R and D center checked. The CEO will start one.

I hired a CEO that was into Production not R and D.

anyone else see this?

The same thing happened on me sometimes.
And the subcompany's CEO always invest on R&D project which is his expertise, and interupt the original projects.
For example, I start a CPU R&D project in subcomany's R&D department.
But several minites later, the project was stoped and the CEO started a car R&D project.
The CEO's expertise is automobile.
How can I keep CEO away from changing R&D projects?

We have improved it in the latest version 3.0.11. You may test it and see if the issues are still there.

There is now a "Change R&D" option on the subsidiary CEO policies menu (see attached screenshot).

No dice.

Also I cannot choose the sub company and build anything with it. Says I don't have enough money when I have 20+ million into the sub company

The management policies you select are not implemented.

In your testing, which ones did not work?

I want them to build Real estate. They build R and D

I destroy the R and D and they build nothing

I have tried to uncheck everything but just one and still build R and D

Please try version 3.0.11 and see if the problem still persists.
