I've found that the 2 new game settings, Private Companies, and Product Customization don't get memorized when creating a new customize game. This issue makes generating new games and finding a good game seed difficult without scripts.
The auto-save in Options doesn't function. Beta 3.0.00 don't generate auto-save files whether it is on or off.
