Thank you very much for your reply and help. However, I still cannot play the game normally after following the instructions in the email. Nothing has changed after entering the game. I still cannot perform any operations such as tutorials and custom games, and the DLC in the game still prompts. Need to buy, there is no improvement in the problems I encountered
