Buying Company Stock

How do I buy stock in my own company or how does my company do a buyback? The stock exchange doesn't list my company so am unable to purchase stock. Any ideas would be helpful.

Each new game you can chose either to start as a listed company - for example you can personally own 80%, rest 20% are listed on the market - and then gradually buy back the shares, or if you chose your company to be private - then you hold all 100% of your company shares initially.
If your company is listed you can use own company funds to do a buyout from the free shares or the rest of the shareholders.
Also, if you wonder on how to receive personal funds for a buyout or other transactions you must build an HQ for your company and insert yourself as a CEO. From there you decide what annual salary you can receive for that position on top of the dividend on the stock you own.
