I cannot change that a, and i cannot find it in the translation files :S is DLC content, maybe that a is hardcoded? or without a translation line?

The programmer will add all the text you mentioned above to t_game.txt in the upcoming version 9.0.00

Coffee Tree already changed in txt file but didnt translate ingame.

I added the translation of coffee tree to trans_base.txt and it appears in the game - please see the attached screenshot.
