Expanded HQ

I have played a bit and have noticed the almost uselessness of the Current HQ. Or I'm doing something wrong. Anyway, I like a tad bit of automation. An expanded HQ to include planning and development opportunities for new firms. Basically, set a budget and the AI chooses a firm and a location to build. Also, need for a CIO (Chief information security officer) for security breaches. and possibly go dark with opportunities to hack or steal tech and data based on the CIO. Would be nice to Have ages set for retirement. and allow training and expertise levels to increase.

Also for bigger maps. Have regional(city) HQs to monitor and control each city's firms. And a main HQ to monitor regions. So at main HQ level set a budget for each regional HQ. And it can expand the city. Doing this through subsidiary is slow but somewhat works.
