Saving money into bank

Post by Ryan »

You know, some times, a company has lots of money in cash.
But do not want to build factory due to recession, also neither keep in cash due to inflation.

So it will be very helpful and realistic if we can save that money into bank with interest receiving.

And you know, this is how a company in real world manage their cash flow.

I can guarantee you dat companies with biljons of dollars don't get much interest on their money at the bank. And the ammount that they get will not be enough to keep up the inflation. ;)

Tip: In time of recession you can buy shares for less money. This is the way to have a good interest in your money, especially in the future when the recession is over! And you can buy land, in time of recession it will be cheap.

I've been thinking about this point. Maybe it will be a good option to have an option to buy obligations with different interest rates and different risks of loosing your money.

For example:
put 10mln for 5 years with 1% interest. Very low risk. Fine of 5% when get back your money before the end.
put 10mln for 5 years with 4% interest. Average risk. Fine of 10% when get back your money before the end.
put 10mln for 2 year with 13% interest. Very high risk. Fine of 20% when get back your money before the end.

And the risk is that you are loosing a part of your investment in obligations.

And perhaps it is an idea to create the possibilities to provide a loan to the opposite companies.
