Tax and real estate

I would like to suggests to add in the game real estate tax. Do not have this taxes in the game is not very realistic.

I would add that the Tax rate should be specific to a city. This, plus the demand of the housing will create a more competitive market.

Not sure about Profit Tax on Real Estate Sales but definitely a property tax cities get most of their money from property taxes in real life not income taxes. Check the post out below.
