Subsidiary CEO does other field production for me

hello,

I tried to ask my subsidiary CEO to just do production on 'Gasoline product', which I clicked it to make it turn from red to black, and then the game automatically clicked 'semi-goods' to black from me as well, which i assume all these are normal.

The problem is here: i did above, but then the CEO builds a farm --> making fish & salmon for me! What's happening??? How can I fix this?

Need help!
