So, it's always been a "dream" of mine to run an ISP. I finangled a way to do it with low starting capital involving loans, an ipo, and another offering of stock, as well as a cheap enough place to start in the subsidiary dlc. But that gives me 5-6 years to mature and by then, the magic telecom company has everything all set up and its hard to make inroads, and its private and I can't buy it out. So I decided to improvise.
I made a sub, had it borrow cash, then merged. I kept doing this until I had a 2 billion dollar loan, at 12 million a month interest, and then i just set up my own ISP in every city, and max infrastructure upgrades. Blew through the remaining cash and then it matured 5-6 years later and I was making 650m profit, yearly, in a deflationary economy, as a private company. the 2b loan wasn't really anything to worry about.
Telecom industry seems like an insanely successful way to go right now.
Starting out with an ISP in every city -- tons of money
