Suggestion: Preset goals

Post by mwyeoh »

When creating a new game, it would be nice if there were some preset/randomized goals instead of us having to pick all the time.
On the right hand side, there is plenty of room for some buttons (See screenshot).

However there will have to be some logic into the randomization of the goals and perhaps it can depend on the difficulty percentage

Isn't it possible to randomize the goal in the button above ? "randomize" ?

No, "Randomize" randomizes everything EXCEPT the goals!
The goals remain empty

Capitalism Lab is an ongoing project and we will be considering several options to improve on this in the future.

One of the options is to include a script for storing the new game settings and goals and users can share the script files.

Sounds good. But this would be something to be worked on later.
For now I think we should bug hunt and find ways to improve the interface and user interactions
(Coming from the person who suggested this in the first place! But definitely something worthwhile later)
