Telecom employess

Ciao i have a question: how many employees has a telecom? It's because i see very high salary expenses.
Maybe will be a way to increase or decrease employees number modify the rating of the service?
And maybe we can add training also for them?

Actually the salary expenses of a telecom are calculated using a formula which takes into account the base operating costs and the budget for upgrading infrastructure capacity. In other words, the algorithm divides the costs between the account operating expenses and the account salary expenses on the income statements, for the purpose of generating and displaying an income statement for the telecom.
