Capitalism Lab (all releases), when you go into survival mode with City Economics DLC enabled and go into the Government Mode, you have the possibility to use the Land-use Planning.
1) If you want to select a land purpose for the entire city, it works fine.
2) If you add a folder translate into your capitalism folder => still works fine;
3) Once you add a help.txt into the translate folder => try to apply on the entire city: exe stopped working.
It doesn't matter if you paste your translated or the original help.txt into it.
