Inflation in CES DLC

Inflation in CES DLC

I recently got the CES DLC and want to start a game with inflation off but with the CES turned on i cannot turn off inflation even though the option is there, is this a bug or is it necessary for the DLC?

We will fix this bug in the next post-release beta patch.
